ABOUT US

Atukoop is a cooperative of professionals working collectively to transform reality through inclusive, feminist, and sustainable practices. We combine data analysis, research, and communication to support communities, organizations, and institutions in building clear, grounded, and socially impactful processes. Our work is rooted in collaboration, democratic organization, and the belief that shared knowledge strengthens communities and enables real, lasting change.

Like the "chuquiragua" of the Andean páramo, Atukoop grows in demanding conditions. Rooted in collective strength, this native flower resists wind, cold, and altitude, thriving where care, persistence, and interdependence are essential. The "chuquiragua" does not stand alone; it survives through balance with its territory, much like cooperative work is sustained through shared responsibility and mutual support.

1. WHO ARE WE?

We are a cooperative of professionals who work in an organized, democratic, and collaborative way. At Atukoop, we share and practice the principles of cooperativism, feminism, and the solidarity economy as the foundation of our daily work.

We were born from necessity, collaboration, and a deep desire to transform reality through collective action. We believe that knowledge, when built collectively, strengthens communities and generates real and sustainable change.
